Custom-made foot orthotics with 1st stretch radius or steel reinforcement. Shoe with adjustable cradle sole.
Diabetics with peripheral neuropathy
- It may be beneficial for diabetics with loss of sensation to wear Foot At Risk custom plastazote foot orthotics. Plastazote is a thermoformable material. So it compresses in places where there is a lot of pressure.
- The orthosis matches the shape of the patient’s foot and distributes the patient’s weight evenly over the entire plantar surface of the foot.
- It avoids hyperpressure that can lead to ulcer formation.
